Wits Justice Project learns about HIV/Aids reporting and the law.

Last Friday three members of our team attended ProBono.Org‘s presentation on HIV/Aids reporting and its legal implications at the Webber Wentzel law firm in Illovo.

Presentations included HIV Testing and Confidentiality by Section 27, issues around employment by Bell Dewar and social grants in relation to HIV/Aids by Black Sash.

We are particalrly looking forward to issues around HIV/Aids in remand detention in the second part of ProBono.Org’s presentation later this year.
