A French woman has been freed after Mexico’s Supreme Court ruled that evidence against her had been falsified and that her rights has been violated, the BBC reports. Florence Cassez was arrested on kidnapping charges in 2005 and sentenced to 60 years imprisonment. She had served 7 years of that sentence, before the court ordered her immediate release earlier this week.
